CGS-Dhaka:
Head ‘s Message:
Dear
Parents and Students,
On behalf of the entire team at CGS-Dhaka, I extend a very warm welcome to all of you on the commencement of classes.
Almost exactly eighteen years after its inception, in October 1992, CGS extends beyond the borders of Chittagong, to establish its campus in Dhaka. The faculty, staff, students and parents are part of this historical event and our felicitations are extended to all.
In 1992, “CGS main” began its journey with 67 students and 12 teachers and has since come a long way. Today it boasts fours campuses with over 300 teaching staff, nearly 2000 students and has established a firm footing in the educational arena, both locally and internationally. CGS-Dhaka hopes to deliver the same standard of education that CGS has developed over the years.
One of the leading philosophies of CGS is parent partnership. This is hugely emphasised at CGS where we attempt to build a bridge of understanding and cooperation. Suggestions from parents contribute positively in upholding and elevating our standards. Besides academics, CGS endeavours to develop students’ life-skills in order to nurture them into being responsible, caring and enlightened people of the world!
For any query or appointments with the Head, please call the school office. The monthly newsletter provides information pertaining to your child’s class and the school in general.
As CGS-Dhaka grows we will call upon your support and contribution to make it a worthy institution that will make us all proud.
Thank you and have a great year ahead!
